Bates would like to welcome Managing Consultant Adam Shank to the Bates Compliance team. Mr. Shank specializes in providing services to both U.S. and foreign banks to strengthen BSA/AML/CTF compliance, foreign correspondent banking and regulatory compliance throughout the United States, Latin America, Caribbean, and Europe. Additionally, his experience includes overseeing comprehensive solutions for BSA, AML compliance, independent reviews, and technology validations. Mr. Shank holds a current CAMS certification.
